## What is included

- Upload lab reports as PDF, PNG, JPEG, or TIFF, up to 50 MB each, several at once.
- Extract biomarkers, values, units, reference ranges, panels, and report dates.
- Standardize names and units across labs so results line up on one timeline.
- Open the original report behind any extracted value.
- Classify each result as healthy, borderline, critical, or unknown against its own reference range.
- Ask DoctanoAI about your results across all your reports.
- Create a separate profile for each family member, and share a profile with someone who already has a Doctano account.
- Connect ChatGPT to your health data through the MCP connector.
- Delete a report, a profile, or your whole account.

## How free works here

Free is the whole plan, not a trial. There is no credit card step, no feature locked behind an upgrade, and no advertising in the product. Doctano does not sell health data or share it for advertising.

The product is free today. There is no paid tier or payment processing in it. If that changes, the app and this page will say so.

## Limits, stated plainly

- 50 MB per file, and PDF, PNG, JPEG, or TIFF only.
- English interface.
- No native iOS or Android app. Doctano runs in the browser on phone and desktop.
- Data export is not available yet.
- An account is required, and Google Sign-In is the only sign-in method currently enabled.
- Doctano is not medical care. It does not diagnose or treat.

**Is Doctano really free?**

Yes. Uploads, extraction, the timeline, DoctanoAI, family profiles, and the MCP connection are all available without paying.

**Do I need a credit card?**

No. There is no card step, no trial that expires, and no payment processing in the product today.

**Does DoctanoAI cost extra?**

No. DoctanoAI is part of the same free plan.

**Are there limits on the free plan?**

The limits are file limits, not plan limits: 50 MB per file and PDF, PNG, JPEG, or TIFF only. There is no paid plan with higher limits.

**Will it stay free?**

Doctano is free today, with no paid tier and no date for one. We are not promising a permanent price. If a paid tier is ever added, this page and the app will say so.

**Do I need an account?**

Yes. An account is required, and Google Sign-In is the only sign-in method currently enabled.
